Our company wish to become a corporate member of the Hong Kong Designers Association, and of elected our company agrees to accept the terms of the Articles of the Association and the By-laws for the time being in force, abide by such Codes of Professional Conduct as may from time to time be recommended by the Association and pay the appropriate annual subscription when called upon. We understand that the Executive Committee has the power to refuse any application for membership and is not bound to state the reason for so doing. We certify that the work submitted as evidence in support of this application is wholly by our company.
