BRUCE WAN

Bruce WAN is an assistant professor in the School of Design at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is an educator, academic researchers, and UX evangelist. He earned his master’sdegree in industrial design at ENSCI – Les Ateliers and pursuing PhD in Experience Design. His research focuses on technology-mediated experience design that supports human flourishing. He builds bridges between the academic and business worlds. In particular, he addresses challenges that impede the design process in co-design practice. He is dedicated to educating a new breed of designer for experience design and service innovation. He is currently working in the areas of smart tourism, service innovation and social design.
